Privacy Policy

Immanuel Lutheran Church gathers and stores the following information: names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses.  This information is stored only for the purpose of communication with and care for our church community.  No personal details are given out to anyone not in this contact list.  Details will not be published or made available anywhere else without prior consent.  If you have any questions about our privacy policy or wish to be removed from the list, please contact the office.

Our parish ‘Contact List’ is only distributed to members by direct handling (not available to the public).

Printed Material published by Immanuel will not contain contact information or identifying information unless members specifically request this for the purpose of furthering their ministry initiatives. Immanuel does not provide a regular ‘contact list’ to attenders and distribute this only upon request to members only. All Immanuel Church storage systems containing personal data are locked and protected. 

For purposes of youth and children’s events, personal and medical information may be collected. This is gathered only for the purposes of protecting those in our youth and children’s programs, is filed securely and protected carefully, and is destroyed when no longer relevant.

Immanuel Lutheran Church operates www.ichurch.net.au. While using our site to register for events we may ask you to provide us with personally identifiable information that can be used to contact you. Immanuel protects all information collected and uses it only for the purpose of contacting you. We never make available your information to a third party. Our site may collect information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit www.ichurch.net.au. This log data may include your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, browser type & version, date, time and pages visited. This information is solely used to improve the site.
